By enrolling in any course, you affirm that you:

• Are legally permitted to possess and handle firearms
• Are not prohibited under federal or Texas law
• Are of sound mind and capable of safely participating
• Meet all Texas Department of Public Safety requirements
Completion of course material does not guarantee license approval.
3. Registration & Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for entering a valid email address. TexasGunLicense.net is not responsible for undelivered certificates due to incorrect email addresses.
4. Course Use License
You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to access course materials.
You may NOT:
• Copy, modify, or distribute materials
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer any software
• Remove copyright notices
• Share or mirror content on any server
Violation of these terms results in immediate termination.
5. Educational Purpose Only
This course is for educational purposes only and satisfies the classroom training requirement for Texas LTC. It does not constitute legal advice. Firearm laws change — it is your responsibility to stay informed.
6. Payments & Refunds
All payments are due at checkout.
Refunds are governed exclusively by our posted Refund Policy. All sales are otherwise final unless explicitly stated.
7. Product Delivery
Upon successful payment:
• Course access is provided immediately
• LTC-101 certificate is available after completion
• Download link may be emailed
• You are responsible for safeguarding access credentials
8. Denied Applications
TexasGunLicense.net and J Power Solutions are not responsible for denied LTC applications due to background checks, eligibility failures, or application errors.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use this website for any unlawful, abusive, harassing, threatening, or harmful activity.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
All materials are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability

12. Waiver of Claims & Assumption of Risk
FIREARMS CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
You assume all risks related to firearm ownership, handling, and training. You waive all claims against TexasGunLicense.net and J Power Solutions LLC.
This waiver is binding upon you and your heirs.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TexasGunLicense.net and J Power Solutions LLC from any claims arising from your participation.
